FAQs
-
How does the Madic System work?
The reservoir sits above the tumbler inside the Madic Kap. Press the button to release a calibrated ½ oz pour into your drink, giving you consistent portions without stopping to measure.
-
What comes with the Madic System, and which size should I choose?
Each system includes the Madic Kap, a SnapBack Lid, and a double-wall stainless steel tumbler. Choose the 6 oz reservoir with the 22 oz tumbler for a more compact setup, or the 9 oz reservoir with the 30 oz tumbler for more capacity.
-
How many measured pours does the reservoir hold?
A full 6 oz reservoir provides up to twelve ½ oz pours. A full 9 oz reservoir provides up to eighteen ½ oz pours.
-
What is the difference between the Madic and the FreePour?
The Madic is built for repeatable, measured ½ oz pours from a cap-mounted reservoir. The FreePour uses a removable reservoir inside the bottle and gives you a smooth, adjustable blend as you sip.
-
How do I prevent accidental dispensing?
Engage the Shot-Lock switch to create a seal between the reservoir and tumbler and help prevent accidental button presses. Close the sip lid before carrying the system.
-
Does it fit other bottles or tumblers?
Complete Madic Systems are sold with their matching tumbler. If you are choosing a standalone Madic Kap or replacement component for drinkware you already own, check the compatibility chart before ordering.
-
How do I clean the Madic?
Separate the removable components and rinse them after each use. For the complete care process, follow the FlasKap cleaning guide.
-
Where is the Madic made?
FlasKap Kaps are manufactured in the United States through domestic manufacturing partners. Drinkware and other components may be sourced elsewhere.
